Ruhani Education

Ruhani is an IAS Topper who graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.A) in Economics from Stephens College in 2017 and completed her post graduation in M.Sc from IGNOU Faculty of Economics in 2019 where she served as an IES Officer from 2020-2023. She is an IAS Topper who has served in Bangalore (NITI Ayog) for 2 years. She has cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) and attained the rank of IPS officer and his academic and professional achievements reflect his dedication and commitment to public service.

Ruhani Work Experience

Ruhani is an UPSC Topper who joined NITI Ayog as an IES officer in August 2020 and was there till October 2023, after which he joined IPS as a trainee.

The journey of Ruhani as an IPS was full of glory as she fulfilled her dream of becoming a UPSC officer and after 2 years of devoting himself to Indian Economic Service (IES) where her heart longed for UPSC officers (IAS). 

She endured four continuous disappointments. Indian Police Service (IPS) last year, but her ambition to become an IAS officer remained and she secured 5th All India Rank in UPSC CSE UPSC Civil Services 2023 in six attempts where she studied in English and his optional subject was Economics in UPSC CSE 2023 and achieved IAS post.

Ruhani is an IAS Topper who has secured UPSC (CSE) 2023 All India Rank 5th. She was born in Haryana while she has currently joined IPS as a trainee after passing last year’s IAS exam in 2022 before achieving a best rank in UPSC.

Ruhani Attempts

Ruhani is an IPS officer whose aim is to become an IAS officer after so much hard work and failures that she has joined UPSC civil services and became an IAS officer and she was so determined that he repeated the UPSC exam 6 times. It was her sixth attempt in the UPSC civil service 2023.

She also practised writing answers that mixed theoretical knowledge with practical insights, ensuring clarity and he understood the exam pattern while peer discussions improved her comprehension and presentation skills and comprehensive strategy was central to her outstanding performance.
