Ishita Kishore is the daughter of an Air Force officer where she graduated from Delhi University and placed first overall in the country in the 2022 UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE). Ishita Kishore is an IAS officer who was a graduate student of Delhi University’s Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), who has finished her graduate studies in 2017 with a major in Economics. Ishita Kishore Preparation Tips for UPSC Aspirants
If we talk about Ishita Kishore’s preparation strategy, it was revealed that she used to devote approximately 9-10 hours daily to her studies and where she used to focus more on improving her weak areas to make them her strengths. During an interview where she revealed that coaching for UPSC can be helpful in choosing a new optional subject.
Ishita Kishore followed many fundamental books mentioned above to prepare for UPSC Prelims where also relied on self-made notes from newspapers and helped her with her daily current affairs for UPSC preparation while talking about her role of coaching for UPSC she said, “While I did not take any coaching, but for my optional subject (Economic) I took mentoring.”
During her preparation for the Civil Services Exam, Ishita Kishore is an UPSC Topper who has dedicated 40 to 45 hours per week for her studies where she has recognized that the exam demands hard work and patience for success.
