Ishita Rathi is an IAS officer who is born in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, on October 19, 1994, Ishita Rathi is an IAS Topper who became an IAS officer by passing the UPSC Civil Services Examination without coaching. Ishita Rath is a female IAS officer who is well-known for cracking the most toughest exam UPSC in 2021 after achieving an All India Rank of 8 on her third attempt. 

IAS Topper Ishita Rathi’s father is Mr. Iqbal Rathi, a Head Constable, and her uncle works for the CBI Government. Her mother is Mrs. Meenakshi Rathi, an ASI in the Delhi Police. Her family is highly educated where she had a challenging time competing in the UPSC while she managed to do well by working hard and being determined.

Ishita Rathi is an IAS Topper has completed her early education from DAV Public School and Vasant Kunj School, Delhi. Later on for further graduation degree she enrolled in Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi then after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Honors from  Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi  then she has completed Master’s degree from the Madras School of Economics where she has completed her 10th standard with 94% and 97% in her 12th standard .

UPSC Topper, Ishita Rathi who has stated that she did not enrol in any additional coaching for this exam where she started her journey of UPSC by using the toppers  preparation methods and she also used  to watch YouTube as my primary source in addition to study sources. Her parents gave her complete support during my UPSC Civil Services preparation, where she wanted to become an IAS officer in order to fight for the rights of women and children. Ishita Rathi stated that her civil service career came first, and teaching came second where she has achieved her first aim.

An UPSC Topper, Ishita Rathi is a 26-year-old daughter of a Delhi Police assistant sub-inspector and head constable where he has placed 8th in the UPSC civil services exam 2021.  Ishita Rathi’s Mother is ASI, Mrs. Meenakshi Rathi is assigned to the South-East District, while his father is Head Constable Mr. Iqbal Rathi who is assigned to the Traffic Unit.
